the apartment is on the second floor of a large barn-house It features a bright and airy open floor plan with two bedrooms and a full bath. Access is through the entry and staircase off the carport on the ground level, but there is no access to the large garage space below.
there is a large deck with a spectacular view facing west, which looks out across several miles of open fields and farmlands and mt Erie. It is especially great for wildlife viewing and sunsets. There are several acres for outdoor play, as well as a large fully fenced backyard with a pond which is accessible from the back deck. There is covered parking for one vehicle, as well as uncovered parking for several more.
