several days prior to check-in i will send you a link which contains an e-manual In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. i have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around phoenix, my favorite restaurants, nightlife, and much more!
please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes There are no cameras inside of the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached. our home is also secured by ADT, if the smoke detector gives a signal for a certain time the fire department might show up at the house.
please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000 You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels And three time a 4 times a week cleaning the pool. They will NOT enter the home. This days may or may not fall during your stay..
