we’re thrilled to host you at the adler to ensure a peaceful, stylish, and compliant stay, please review and respect the following house and city ordinances:
🔥 pool & spa heating
• spa heating is included with the house rental
• pool heating is optional and charged separately at $15000 per day (oct-may) and $100 per day (june-sept)
•the spa and pool cannot be heated simultaneously While the spa is in use, the pool heater will pause.
•if you’d like the pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival We’re unable to accommodate heating requests after check-in.

•planning to charge your electric vehicle? please bring your own cable—we do not provide one onsite
🤫 noise, music & neighbor consideration
the city of palm springs has strict noise laws that are rigorously enforced:
•no outdoor music at any time—this includes bluetooth speakers and phones
•quiet hours are from 10pm-10am Please be respectful of neighbors.
violations may result in:
•a $250 fine
•immediate cancellation and eviction
•loss of rental payment and deposit

•maximum of 8 guests total No unregistered or additional guests are allowed on the property at any time.
•the responsible renter must be 25 or older
