the first floor rents for $250/night -sleeps 4 people with queen sized bed in master bedroom and queen sized sofa sleeper in living room Renters have full exclusive access to first floor: MB, LV, Kit & DR. Additional rooms are available upstairs for $50/night per room. The additional three bedrooms include two queen sized beds and the third room has a full and a twin sized bed. Total cost of all available rooms $400. The owners live on secured portion of second floor that renters will not have access to. You may hear/see owners in passing in the hall way on the second floor but you will not share any rooms or bathrooms. Outdoor deck is not available to renters.
