The living and sleeping areas are designed with real wood parquet and the entire house is heated floor. Around the house is a 300 square meters large meadow area for sole use. A terrace area stretches from the east side to the south side, so that you can enjoy the sun all day, even for breakfast. A parking space is located directly at the house. The living room with the open, modern kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances (ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) is connected to the generously designed entrance area.
