the remaining 70% balance is charged 14 days before your check-in date

cancel up to 30 days before check-in: 90% of your deposit is refunded (10% retained for processing)
cancel less than 30 days before check-in: no refund
weather-related cancellations: no refunds for weather-related issues unless an emergency order is issued by the county
security hold
a $250 hold (not a charge) is placed on your card one day before check-in to cover potential major damage
if no damage is reported, the hold is released upon your departure Depending on your bank, it may take 3–4 business days for the hold to clear.
