Summary: This property is much better than the pictures show. It’s on the top floor of a calm 3 floor house with a huge terrace on 3 sides of the house offering a panoramic view to all sides: You can see the ocean and trees, the mountains and of course Terracina on the mountainside 2,5 km away. And you can find both sun and shadow. The home is comfortable and in natural materials and nice gentle interior design in calm colour schemes. Very subtle. The house has AC in the master bedroom, and a portable fan for one of the smaller bedrooms. The beach near by is wonderful and less crowded than the ones on the coast to the city. Its more relaxed here because it is the end of the shore before the river. There’s a nice restaurant (and plenty along the beach if you go east). There’s a hotel nearby who have outside aerobic lessons from 4-6 pm every day. During that time they play 80’ies-hits in the garden :-0, but they stop around 6 o’clock. If you don’t like it, you can go to the terrace on the opposite side of the house and look at the mountains. There’s sun at that time :-) If you drive, you have your own cool parking lot in the basement. If you are by foot he nearest supermarket is just a 5-10 min walk away and the bus stop to Terracina (in the summer time line A1) is 300 m away. The host is very helpful and nice. Just ask if you have any questions. We hope to come back to this place next summer. To explore the surroundings, and then return to this nice calm spot and wonderful beach.
