Summary: The condo is centrally located near the Shea and Scottsdale intersection making it easy to access any surrounding area. It is located across from a high school; though, you will not notice it as the students seem to be respectful of their whereabouts when walking through the complex. Parking was easily accessible and I always felt safe and secure while in the comfort of the condo. The front door desperately needs to be replaced as it has served its purpose - not pleasingly aesthetic, nor properly functional. No idea how to explain the master suite bed setup - inconvenient and annoying - specific to the bed frame. The mattress set was comfortable once you CLIMBED OVER the frame. My visit was almost a month and I made it work. Communication with Ken and his mother was prompt and receptive. Give the place a try!
