Summary: I don't mind a place that's tired and needs some TLC when I need a room for a one night stay. I do mind seeing months of accumulated crud in the bathroom and a used q-tip on the windsill. I do mind filthy stained carpet on the stairs and in the hallways. There was only one bath towel in the bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty and full of holes. The bed was reasonably comfortable.
