- no smoking allowed on the property
- no unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- telstra, optus & vodafone have very good signals 2 degrees & spark not sure of signal quality
- we would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
pets policy
- pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- please clean up after your dog/cats shedding before checking out
- pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pets droppings
- always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property
- pet cleaning fees applied for an additional $30 per pet per stay please inform the host that you will bring pet for your stay prior your arrival and the fee payment shall be paid directly to your host

- due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- keep in mind that bbq grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
