~ please do not put the ac temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.
# pet rules
~ service animals or emotional support animals must be disclosed prior to your check-in or we’ll assume that you brought a pet and process an airbnb claim
~ please do not leave your pets at the house without a crate
~ please pick up after your pets or we’ll have to charge and pay someone to do it after your stay with us..
