upon entry, you'll be greeted with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan The spacious living area features plenty of comfortable sofa seating, island views through the surrounding windows, a flat screen TV, and easy access to the private deck through a sliding glass door. Wood flooring spans the living area and the full size kitchen features beautiful granite counters. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with an additional dining area outside on the elevated deck seating for 4 overlooking the lagoon.
two of the three bedrooms are located on the main entry level, with the third located in a private loft space The first bedroom is located just off the living area, offering a King bed, a flat screen TV and a full private bathroom. The second bedroom on this level is by the kitchen, featuring a King bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom in the hall. The third bedroom is located in the loft area up a spiral staircase, featuring 1 Twin size and 1 Full size bed.
