there is no street parking allowed unless we safelist the vehicle with security There is parking for about 2 cars in the driveway and 1 space in the garage. All cars must first utilize the garage and driveway first before parking in the street. If you end up parking on the street with permission, you must park in with the flow of traffic. If you park in the street and do not follow this rule or if you park in the street without permission from the property manager, it is a $200 fee per car per day.
