A skiers and hikers oasis! Literally sleeps 22 people in beds and on couches. This is a farmhouse located on US Route 2 a mere ten minutes away from Sunday River Ski Resort, Grafton Notch State Park, the Appalachian Trail, amazing smaller hikes, Gould Academy and the quaint town of Bethel. Bethel features multiple fine and casual dining options, a movie theatre, groceries, and a water park. The house: 1840's Historic Greek Revival Farmhouse-Original Features-5 Bedrooms,3.5 Baths. There is an apartment with separate double entrances available for separate rent and then two cottages available in the summer. If any of the rooms are not booked, the whole property is available for large groups. There is a pond and plenty of space for a wedding in the backyard. There are also hiking trails that traverse the mountain ridge in the backyard with amazing views of the river valley and Sunday River.

On the other side of Route 2 is the Androscoggin River, which is amazing for canoeing, boating, and tubing. Tubes are available and the boat launch is only a mile or so up river; or launch from the old bridge area across the street behind the church and float to the Rumford boat launch. A potato farm is across the street and snowmobile trails are accessible from the property..
