quiet hours
quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.
strict no-party policy
no parties or events/gatherings There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fine for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.
no smoking
smoking is prohibited without exception on this property This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, with no exceptions.

we do not assume any responsibility for parking violations issued to guests who fail to comply with our parking guidelines as detailed in the check-in guide
