Welcome to Kodu, our stylish, serene Sellicks Beach retreat. Located on the esplanade, directly across from the beach, Kodu offers easy access to the sand and sea. The rear of the house overlooks the Sellicks Hills, creating a peaceful escape immersed in the area’s natural, rugged beauty.

the space
originally built in the 1970s, this house was our grandmother’s retreat, and she lovingly named it "kodu"—which means "home" in estonian We’ve embraced its stylish foundations, blending vintage character with modern comforts to create a warm and inviting space for your getaway.

a few things to note:
like most homes in sellicks beach, kodu operates on a septic system If a lot of water is used at once, purple sprinklers in the backyard may activate. This system is an environmentally friendly on-site treatment of wastewater.

you'll have access to the entire house, except for the shed, which is off-limits
