for pets we ask that you let us know about each of your pets..breeds, if they are taking flea and tick preventative, and if they are house and crate trained. There is a $200 deposit per pet, 50% refundable if there is no pet damage. For monthly stays 30 nights or longer, in addition to the pet deposit, pet rent of $50/pet/month will be added to your stay.

there is absolutely no smoking permitted in cora marie house If smoke odors are detected by housekeeping, you will be charged a $750 fee.
because we often have same day turnovers, there will be a late check out fee of $150 when housekeeping arrives and guests are not yet checked out If guests remain 1 hour past check out time, a full day's rate will be charged.
during this time of pandemic, we are doing a thorough disinfecting of all surfaces, deep cleaning of bath and kitchen, laundering all linens in hot water, and the house will be aired out, all windows and doors open to let fresh air circulate, for the afternoon after the previous tenants checkout We ask that you communicate with us immediately if there is anything unsatisfactory about the property when you arrive so we can have the cleaner come over as quickly as possible..
