no cancellations are allowed for football games (regular and postseason), concerts, double decker, or ole miss graduation
for all other dates, we have a 60-day cancellation policy

-optional travel insurance: we offer travel insurance to protect your vacation investment, covering trip cancellations, delays, medical issues, and more
-payment schedule: the balance is due 60 days before your arrival date
-check-in/check-out: check-in starts at 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am If you’d like to request an early check-in or a later check-out, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot make any guarantees.
