• no events, parties, gatherings, or visitors allowed without prior written permission
• noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay
• violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine
report any issues promptly
• report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in We want the opportunity to correct any issues to ensure a comfortable stay. If we are not notified in a timely manner, we may be unable to address your concerns or offer remediation after your stay.

• in order to receive check-in instructions, including door code information, rental agreement, security deposit pre-authorization hold, and full booking payment must be received 2 hours prior to check-in time
• delays in receiving these completed items will result in delays at check-in

• smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit are provided
• use safety devices as needed and do not disable or remove them Tampering with or disabling any of these security or monitoring devices will result in a $250 penalty.
