Summary: Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. Room door corners were covered in thick layers of dust. All tables, kitchen benches, coffee tables were dirty when we arrived. When I wiped it with bacterial wipe, the wipe turned grey. There was not enough toilet paper and no spare rolls for 8 people for 5 nights stay. We had to go buy our own. No tissue anywhere. Some of the bathroom towels still had a new tag on it, which means they haven't even washed it for us to use! Property was supposed to house 8 people. There were enough rooms and beds, however not enough hot water! Water tank was only big enough to supply hot water for approx. 3 people for "warm" quick showers., which meant after a full day of going out, not everyone can take a shower and rest. Had to wait 30-50 mins after every 3rd person to have a shower. They have 3 bathrooms, but what's the point? No check in details until we emailed the day we were supposed to check in. No wifi details either. Had to message her for them.
