It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Business Bay and literally 10/15 minutes from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste. The views are glorious looking straight over the Dubai Canal and skyline.

our charming 1 bed apartment is located on the 24th floor so the views are fantastic Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and swimming pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
with a open plan bedroom/sitting room (complete with satellite tV.!!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee and enjoy the fantastic views.
the kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even gordon ramsay would be proud of We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

as part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.
there is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is outside the front door as well as other useful shops The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 10/15 min walk.
