this quaint and cozy home has 2 bedrooms plus loft and 2 full baths, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub The kitchen is bright and opens to the living room which has sliding doors on both the East and West sides to take in the views and for indoor/ outdoor living. The kitchen is equip with a gas range and all the amenities needed to create the perfect meal. A comfy sofa is ready for a good book or watching a great movie. The loft with a queen bed is a great place to relax and a fun place to sleep. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed.

with vineyard and mountain views on both sides, a green grass lawn, outdoor dining table, hanging chair hammock and fire pit, the awesome outdoor space provides a beautiful setting to relax after a day out touring the area The property is fully fenced, so it is very private and safe for everyone. After a day of fun events, come back, enjoy a glass of wine, whip up some barbecue, relax under the stars, let the kids roam freely and enjoy the beautiful Sonoma County weather. Plenty of parking available.

the cottage can sleep up to 6 people (2 queen bedrooms plus 1 queen bed in loft) Both feature soft, fluffy bedding and plenty of pillows for your comfort. Fully outfitted kitchen comes with ample tableware/ flatware/ glassware, coffee pot, cooking utensils, knives, pots, pans and everything you need to craft an amazing meal. There is cable TV (including HBO0, a washer/ dryer, and complimentary Wifi.

we live in the main house, but you have your own driveway, you won't even know we are there We are available to offer guidance, help and suggestions. We love to visit with our guests, but also value our privacy. The property is 10 acres and the driveways are very separate. Please be respectful, as will we. Our property is a working vineyard where grapes are being grown for Valkyrie's estate label wine that will soon be available.

we have one dog, an english-golden retriever named "rugby" He is incredibly friendly and has grown up around babies and small children. if you throw a tennis ball for him, he will become your best friend!
the guest cottage has everything you need to prepare your own meals for longer stays if you like, but sebastopol has a wonderful variety of restaurants (farm to table, vietnamese, bbq, mexican, sushi, and so much more) if you are looking for something in particular, we are happy to share what we know!

Since the cottage is located on a working Pinot Noir vineyard, you may see farming activities going on during your stay. We're located in the Russian river appellation of wine country, known for premium chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes.

located on the elevated section of bloomfield road with memorable views, our home is close to everything Minutes to downtown Sebastopol where you can experience farm to table dining, shopping, wine tasting, bike trails, and The Barlow. Within a half hour of Bodega and coastal Hwy 1 beaches, Occidental with Redwoods and hiking trails, Tomales Bay for Oysters, Russian River for kayaking and swimming, and Healdsburg for more wine, shopping and fine dining.

easy access to both hwy 101 and 116, this is a great, central location to enjoy sonoma county
