the large17’ x 85’ covered private deck is furnished with comfortable new Polywood rockers and cocktail table, plus a small grill just the right size to prepare dinner for four people. The private deck overlooks the lively Dillon Marina and the heated swimming pool. (Open in the summer months, the pool and sun deck have awesome views of the mountains and Lake Dillon.)
