check-in/check-out: check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

pets: not all properties are pet friendly (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. wi-fi: as cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty wi-fi and internet Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
