Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Loved that it was close to Canal Street. Also, that it was a secured front door. The place was amazing except for the sounds from the street but the street sounds weren't too bad. Loved that it had a washer and dryer.
Negative: That the rooftop was in a mess. I am assuming they were remodeling the rooftop but you had to be careful walking around as to not stumble over things.
Summary: Great stay for the price during Essence.
