there is also an excellent dining space off the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 (plus highchair) with french doors to the patio, separate sofa and wall-mounted smart tv
across the hall there is a comfortable lounge with corner sofa and occasional chair (seats 6 total), large smart tv, with french door to the patio which can seat 6
free unlimited fast fibre wifi throughout There is also a downstairs wc under the stairs.
upstairs there's a large galleried landing, with 3 bedrooms (one kingsize, one double and one twin) and a luxury bathroom off The master and one of the other double room have windows to both sides making it a lovely light and airy space. All bedrooms have their own smart TVs, and plenty of storage options for clothing and personal items. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The twin room can be made into a superking by the guest zipping them together.
