this open plan space provides direct access to the backyard with bbq bar, fire pit and pool area, for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining!
our ground floor also hosts one large king bedroom, a half bath and bonus room
the grand staircase opens out into a multifunctional loft space, with additional sleeping options Beyond that lies two additional King Bedrooms, and a beautiful Master Suite.
the master suite includes a king bed, smart tv, walk-in closet, private balcony with mountain views, full master bath with double sinks, shower and jacuzzi tub
our 3 car garage and ample yard space makes this a great place for large families, and groups of all ages!

--parties and events are allowed, but are not to exceed the number of guests allowed on the property (10) Host reserves the right to charge a $2,000 penalty fee, if this rule is broken. Additional guests (beyond the number permitted) will be charged a penalty fee of $100 per guest, per night.
