The house is open plan, spacious and light filled with large sliding glass doors on both levels to maximise the sea views. The external deck is large and partly covered to offer some protection from the weather and has a covered BBQ. Games area downstairs with a table tennis table, books, toys and games. Four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Main bedroom is upstairs and has a walk in robe and ensuite bathroom. Another bathroom and toilet on this level. Three bedrooms and a bathroom and separate toilet are downstairs. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the other two have single beds of which one is a king single. House has a shower on each level. The front bedrooms have window blinds and blackout curtains to assist a sound sleep.
