you will have private access to the north side of the stratton house, which has a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom on the first floor, four bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second floor There is another one bedroom unit on the South side of the house that is fully separate from this unit with a separate privacy fenced yard. The owners live in a third unit on the property that is also fully separate from your rental.

this is a very quiet church and residential neighborhood We ask that you not hold parties, or make loud outside noise after 9 PM. Also, we request that there is no loud noise or music inside the residence after 10 PM. These rules are in place for the comfort and security of all guests who visit us.
