note: as i do with all my rentals, i have personally stayed at this property 6 or 7 times, before listing it, and have walked back and forth to the stockyards everytime...during the daytime, early evening, and late night coming
back I have walked by myself and with others. In my experience, I can tell you that its an easy, and safe walk, with street lights. however, if you don't care to hoof it for 1/2 mile, a $6-7 uber ride will get you there in 5-minutes
