Summary: Not good but was manageable for 1 night…was only there for 1 night. Slow check-in. No toilet roll in room had to ask reception. Toilet blocked after one flush looked like days old feaces toilet clogged with the feaces remaining on the surface. Toilet water brown and extremely smelly. Reception informed they stated come and use the toilet at the reception when needed bearing in mind we were on the 5th floor. Staff reported no maintenance was on site at the time to address the problem. Room really hot so bring a fan like we did (Had read a previous review stating how hot the room gets). Pillows not great. WiFi fairly good but on a unsecure network. Location amazing a few minutes from Wembley..ovo arena etc. Great food options nearby.
