Positive: In general staying at this property was really fine, the view from the room is amazing, the sea is just under the window. There's a private entrance to the beach. If you stay there more that 10 days, such stuff as beach umbrella and cop/chair are given free, otherwise you need to pay for it additionally. Location is nice, it's not far from the station Marechiaro, restaraunts and grocery shops are nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable, there was daily cleaning service and changing the towels. Breakfasts are nice - coffee, crousssants, cakes, toasts, some fruit. The personell mostly speaks only Italian, but anyway very friendly and ready to help. For me it was also interesting to discover that the sisters of church are helping/working in this property and all the spaces are decorated with religious images. It's really unusual. The location is calm and suitable for family holidays without loud parties and entertainment.
Negative: Weak shower pressure, wi-fi was not very fast
