Positive: 5 mins walk into town, free parking, dishwasher and washer dryer were useful, good selection of cookware, cutlery and cleaning products (though can I suggest a frying pan or wok of some kind?), clear instructions on how to enter, very quiet area
Negative: While it was mostly clean, there was a dirty takeaway stained bedsheet on the sofa bed and a few old chips left under the sofa. The sofa bed itself was past it’s best and mattress was very very thin (and no sheets were provided to use). The area is quiet and close to town but as a female it’s not somewhere I’d like to walk around along at night. Another small point, read all the info. This company requires a deposit to be paid before you arrive which is refunded after the stay (if a list of conditions is met). I’ve stayed in many apartments before through Booking.com and it’s the first time this has been the case. It did make me uncomfortable and like there was an assumption that we would misuse the property.
