famous idaho attractions are easy to access; sun valley approx 1.5 hour drive, 1.5 hour drive to City of Rocks. 45 min to Hagerman.

~ no additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm
~ no smoking anywhere on premises This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights
~ yard service is provided weekly and they will need exterior access during your stay
