fantastic freshly renovated villa decorated with great taste and with views of the maresme coast and the mountains Located very close to the beaches and the port of Arenys de Mar. From the house you can reach the wonderful beach just 500m away. Barcelona is 45km away and can be reached by train or car.
the house has a solar panel system (green energy) that allows generating low-pollutant, renewable and clean energy At nightfall, the exteriors are illuminated automatically also by solar energy with warm light, offering various chill out possibilities both in the garden, terrace with sea view and back garden with a cozy atmosphere.
