Summary: I love that the place is updated (stainless steel appliances, etc.) and has off-street parking and a balcony. Also love that there is a washer and dryer available on the property. Great communication with property managers. Only negative is that the street is busy and can be pretty noisy at times but it’s not a deal breaker.
