Our 9th bedroom is a flex space for additional sleeping (perfect for kids w/ 5 twin beds + twin over full bunk). It can also be used for intimate conferences, retreats, or meetings; with a 16 person table & floor to ceiling windows in a two-story octagonal room. The chefs kitchen includes an 11 burner professional range, double ovens, 2 refrigerator/freezers and a dining room that seats 23 people. Additional outdoor space with seating options for those sunny Colorado days. Massive floor to ceiling windows throughout offer mountain vista views.

😎 the good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh mountain air in :)
