Positive: The staff and bell boys are friendly and the room are clean.
Negative: (1) Upon booking stated breakfast provided in Meal Plan of RM40.00 per person per night. Upon check-in, Reception informed no breakfast as hotel is under renovation. No refund or substitute of cash vouchers by the Management. (2) The bedroom's aircond is non-adjustable. Super-warm at night with temperature at 24-25'o C.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the 1-Bedroom Apartment as the location is next door to shopping mall.
