Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: we usually stay here when we go to winstar for concert. Staff are always great. Coffee was great. Waffle maker a bonus. I repeat the staff are always helpful and kind. It has always been a safe place to stay which is why we usually return.
Negative: Place is looking a bit tired. The bleach clashing with chemical smell is often present near elevator entrance. Weird colored grout in shower.Parking lot bright lights not a fan. Fridge in room was not working well...put stuff in it came back 2 hours later and it was warm. SO pulled fridge forward to allow air circulation and it improved the fridge's function. many hotel fridges have this problem.
Summary: concert was amazing. Yay waffles
