on the main floor, you will find a living room, 2 bedrooms (1 queen/1 full with twin bunk) and a full bath On the newly remodeled lower level you will find an open area containing a loveseat (with hide-a-bed), kitchen, island, gathering area, and table. Also a half bath is on the lower level. Both levels provide excellent viewing of the lake.

you may have use of 2 complimentary kayaks and a paddle boat upon request! additional kayaks available at $2500.
cowden lake is located in montcalm county, michigan This lake is 128 acres in size. It is approximately 50 feet deep at its deepest point. When fishing, anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Flathead Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, and Yellow Perch.
