Nothing beats the a sweet summer breeze and the smell of salt water. Located on a sprawling lot on a quiet, dead end street with a large yard and a mahogany outdoor shower with changing area. Enjoy the convenience of Breakwater Village Association Beach being only .2 miles away and a five minute walk.
this home is equipped with central air (non ducted/mini splits located in living room, dining room and both bedrooms) The living room serves as a spacious yet cozy place to sit back and relax. There is a 46" wall mounted television in the living room (please note this is the only TV in the home). Both bedrooms and full bathroom are located off the dining room. One room with a king bed and the other with a full. One of the full bathrooms is located in the renovated garage/cottage space (not connected to main house). enjoy the easiness and accessibility of one level living!
