The bedrooms have high quality mattresses: one king bed, three queen beds, sleeping 8 comfortably. The attractive, well equipped, large gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both living areas are furnished with high end recliner chairs, comfy sofas and HDTV w/cable. You can sit back in comfort, relax and enjoy a good movie or good conversation with family and friends. (One guest bedroom also includes HDTV.) The outdoor patio features a custom Southwest style wood burning fireplace (with wood supplied) surrounded by high end cozy seating and protection from the sun with a room sized umbrella. Comes complete with Jenn-Air gas BBQ grill and comfortable dining furniture (under covered patio) for entertaining guests in the beautiful Arizona weather.
