Beautifully decorated and newly furnished (Tommy Bahama style), gated, condo in Falling Waters off Davis Blvd. Luxurious, fully renovated, 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceilings. The unit is very close to the pool and clubhouse, just a 3 minute walk! The saltwater pool is one of the largest and most beautiful in Southwest Florida, a tropical resort style paradise, The condo overlooks the lake and pool from Lanai (balcony). Decor includes a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room and a relaxing, reading area. The MBR has a king size bed, second TV and an ensuite bathroom with a new ceramic tiled walk-in shower and large walk in closet. There are sliding doors from the MBR onto the lanai with a view of palm trees and the lake. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, cutely decorated. The second bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a full laundry room with new washer and dryer. The dining room set is modern southern style. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances including a large fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator, utensils, dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker (drip & Keurig), toaster, Ninja blender and electric kettle. There is a carport to park your car in front of the condo. The condo is fully air conditioned and equipped with beach chairs and tennis rackets for your enjoyment. The clubhouse has a library and many social activities (ie: fitness classes, community dinners, card nights, etc.) which are ongoing throughout the year.
