guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities While we won't be available in person, you can reach out to us through the booking platform, text/call, or email. We are very responsive from 8 AM to 10 PM.

the mansion home does not have a pool
extra bed arrangement:
sleeping is available for up to 25 guests Each bedroom sleeps two with fixed beds; additional beds and frames can be set up to accommodate 13 more guests with 8" memory foam mattresses and bed frames. The additional beds can be set up before guest arrival by the cleaners but are not left out at the start of each booking unless requested. There is a fee of $50 per extra bed. Please make sure that the guest count is correct and let us know in advance if more than 6 fixed beds are needed.
trash collection and outside maintenance:
** the trash collection is every wednesday morning Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after the trash is collected.
** we have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property
yard and irrigation:
the yard and trees of this home are watered through the city irrigation system On scheduled irrigation days, the entire yard is flooded with water and will be wet for a day or two. The irrigation schedule is shared about one week before service and is subject to change.
decorative hutches:
the 3 old hutches downstairs are for decoration only and shouldn’t be used Especially the one in the kitchen as it is partially broken. The only exception is the glass doors with dishes behind them if guests need them.
verification required: for security purposes, guests are required to provide a photo of a valid id and credit card (showing only the name matching the reservation and expiration date) before arrival These documents must be submitted for verification before check-in.
