1 absolutely no illegal substances are allowed on premises
2 Absolutely NO Parties or events. you will be asked to leave immediately without refund
3 Quiet time hours are between 10pm- 7am. Please keep noise to a minimum. Any violation of noise ordinance will result in a penalty of $300. If the noise violation continues you will be asked to leave the property immediately and your reservation will be terminated without a refund.
4 local residents may reserve only by host permission
5 Guest must provide photo of a valid state issued ID to host within 48 hours of booking.
6 The maximum occupancy is 10 people. If you bring more guests, you will be asked to leave with no refund.

19 Glitter, slime, or silly string is not allowed inside or outside home. A $300 excessive cleaning fee will be charged if there's evidence of Glitter, slime or silly string.
20 Please respect check-in and check out times. Check-out is at 10:00am. A $75 late check out fee will be charged after 10am.
