Summary: The property was easy to get to and seemed to be in a decent area, not a far drive from downtown. The only positives I can give the house are the comfy beds and the fact that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Beside that, the place needs some major improvements and cleaning. The floors were visibly filthy, there were dirty towels left laying in random places, tape on the cabinets from people hanging signs up previously. All the living room furniture was stained or broken. Closet doors off the hinges, stuff spilled on walls, the rooftop furniture is all broken as well as the cushions being moldy. The pictures are very deceiving and we were greatly disappointed in the condition of the property.
