very clean, family friendly, nonsmoking 3rd floor unit with no one above you The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen sized upgraded mattress, and the second bedroom has twin bunk beds and a full bed. There is a pool on site with a shallow shelf for your little ones, and the beach is just a short drive away. Within walking distance you can go out to eat donuts, pizza, burgers and frozen yogurt. You can also walk to CVS for anything else you may need or there is and Island Market/IGA just down the street. The swimming pool has a shallow area 1.6-2 feet deep that is perfect for small children. The pool also offers a covered area for those who want to take a break from the sun. There is a one car garage for storing fishing or sandy beach items, as well as a boat slip and lift that is available upon request. an elevator is located by the pool if you need it, and we live right here on the island in case you need anything at all!
