plenty of parking in the lot out back, or on the street The unit is 1 of 4 and there are 2 main doors for entering/exiting.
located just 11 miles from Simmons Bank Arena! Just a couple blocks north of the Historic Argenta district which contains restaurants, bars and a comedy club! Just 1.7 miles off of interstate 40! If you can find one nearby I’d snag a bird or lime scooter and scoot over to Argenta and get some drinks.
this apartment is located right on main st and it needs to be mentioned that there's always a bit of street noise. Box fans are inside the unit to accommodate for noise while sleeping.
