Positive: The Sofitel Reforma is hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! We travel very frequently and were blown away. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff who offered us a cacao drink. They kindly upgraded our room as it was my partner's birthday - including a lovely cake and fruit platter, very thoughtful! The room was very generous in size and incredibly clean, with a lovely view of the city. The hotel gym and pool are great, and the breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel! Truly such a memorable experience and located centrally enough to walk/taxi anywhere. Highly recommend!
