5 Bedroom House in Sotavento II, Punta Leona

The house is a retreat away from the fast paced lives we live. The ocean views are endless. The green trees and wildlife are beautiful. The people are friendly and well educated. Most locals speak a little English. The surf is fun an uncrowded. Our home is on a bluff. We are about a 7 minute walk to a white sand beach called Playa Blanca. The walk back from the beach is very steep up the hill. We drive to the parking lot for the beach and park on the side of the road. It is a two minute drive. The house is located in a very safe resort of Punta Leona. Inside the resort, there are 3 restaurants, a small convenience store, and other activities. You do need to purchase a resort wristband to use their facilities. We are about 25 minutes from Jaco. We have a jacuzzi but it only gets warm.

Summary: This house is Breathtaking !! The drive into the community is a mission but is well worth every second ! The views of the ocean the scenery is just amazing ! We saw monkeys ,feed them beautiful experience. We saw toucans everyday very accommodating we will definitely book again !
